Obasanjo Congratulates Buhari Charging Him To Fight Corruption

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has congratulated the Presidential candidate of the All progressives congress Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd,,) on his victory in the presidential poll, charging him to fight corruption and carry out reforms in different sectors. Obasanjo, who noted that so much harm had already been done to many national institutions, including the military, however, advised him to be magnanimous in victory. Edo State Celebrates BUHARI, Declares Today A Public Holiday

The Government of Edo State has announced, Today, April 1, a public holiday in the state to celebrate the historic victory of Muhammadu Buhari, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, in the 2015 Presidential election. The state Governor, Adams Oshiomhole, invited populace to a victory party scheduled to take place at the Oba Ovoranmwen Square, Benin City starting from 3:00pm on Wednesday, April 1. It was learnt that top entertainers including Davido, Patoranking, Osayomore Joseph, Young Bolivia, among others, will perform at the party to celebrate General Buhari’s victory.
