Osibanjo and wife, Dolapo have arrived their polling
centre at Eti-osa, Lagos. Dolapo drove the couple to
the venue. Reports from their centre has it that INEC
staff arrived late, at about 10am while the APC VP
arrived 9am. Voters had to register their names
and were assigned numbers while they waited for
